I'm an entrepreneur, founder, communicator, and connector. I've spent my career building businesses, leading teams, bringing people together, and understanding what makes people move - what drives us, what holds us back, and what allows us to become more.

My background spans entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, human connection, and mental wellness. I spent nearly 15 years building and leading my own company and later founded Changing Humanity, a nonprofit focused on preventative mental wellness and helping young people better understand themselves.

My work today brings those experiences together with my continued study of psychology and human behavior.
